The set is in used condition with wear, forming a slightly rough but still completely useable surface. It's made from the Meinl brand, which is well-known and not third-party. There is really no noticeable damage, even up-close and personal. Anything that would decrease the value is listed in the images that I attached. The nuts are adjustable, and work with pretty much any wrench.
